Participation in any project, internship, or program with Luminark does not constitute an offer of employment or guarantee of job placement. All opportunities are designed for learning, skill development, and practical exposure only.
2. Independent Collaboration
Participants (students and professionals) engage as independent collaborators. They are responsible for maintaining professional conduct, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring the quality of their deliverables.
Luminark Consultants does not assume liability for participants’ work outcomes, communications, or any agreements made outside of the platform’s official channels.
3. Client Advisory Scope
Luminark Consultants provides advisory and research-based consulting for client organizations. The insights, analyses, and recommendations generated by participants represent educational and exploratory perspectives and should not be construed as formal business, legal, or financial advice.
4. Certification & Recognition
Certificates, Letters of Recommendation, and LinkedIn features are issued based on performance evaluation and successful completion of project deliverables. These recognitions are intended to reflect participants’ learning journey and project involvement, not as proof of professional accreditation or employment.
5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
All participants and clients are required to maintain confidentiality of project materials, proprietary data, and client information.
Luminark Consultants ensures that data collected for onboarding, projects, or communication purposes is used solely for internal coordination and training in compliance with data protection standards.
6. Intellectual Property
All research, reports, and creative materials produced under Luminark’s supervision remain joint intellectual property of Luminark Consultants and the contributing participants, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted rights for internal use of project deliverables only.
7. Membership Contribution
The Global Ark Membership involves a one-time membership contribution that supports operational and training costs and is non-refundable.
8a. Limitation of Liability
Luminark Consultants shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use or interpretation of consulting deliverables, participant communications, or third-party actions.
By engaging with Luminark, clients and participants acknowledge that all collaboration occurs in an educational, mentorship-driven environment.
8b. Wellbeing & Workload Disclaimer
Luminark Consultants operates as an educational, experiential learning platform and does not require or encourage excessive working hours. All participants are expected to manage their time responsibly and maintain a healthy balance between academic, professional, and personal commitments.
Luminark Consultants shall not be held liable for any physical, mental, or emotional distress, fatigue, health issues, or other consequences arising from a participant’s self-managed workload, time commitments, or voluntary engagement in projects.
Participants are responsible for setting personal boundaries, communicating availability, and seeking support when needed.
9. Program Adjustments
Luminark Consultants reserves the right to modify its training modules, project timelines, or participation policies to enhance the learning experience or maintain operational quality.
Participants and clients will be duly informed of any significant changes.
