What you'll be doing in your respective choice
As an Associate/Consultant, you will be working in teams of 7-8 to tackle real-world business problems over the course of the client project. Team members will be involved end-to-end in the project lifecycle from understanding the client’s context to conducting research developing actionable insights.
As a Business Development Associate at Luminark, you will be embedded in small, globally distributed teams focused on expanding our platform & partnerships. Your work will directly support Luminark's growth strategy by helping identify opportunities, engage with organisations & build long-term relationships.
As part of Luminark's Marketing & Engagement team, you will gain hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing. From social media to brand-aligned visuals & messaging, you'll contribute directly to how Luminark communicates its mission & values.
As part of Luminark's Human Resource team, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and people operations. From screening applications to onboarding new team members, you'll help build and support a growing global community.
